Refund Policy

Try MixDesk free for 14 days with every feature on. That is your chance to decide, so purchases are final. If something is genuinely wrong, we will fix it.

MixDesk gives you a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card required. That is a full evaluation on your own Mac, with your own apps, before you pay anything. Because you can try the whole app first, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If something is genuinely wrong, email us

Rules aside, we are not going to keep your money if MixDesk does not do what it promised. Email [email protected] and we will make it right, including a refund, if:

  • You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
  • Your license key never arrived and we cannot get it to you.
  • The app has a defect that stops it working as described and we cannot fix it for you.

Include your order id or the checkout receipt so we can find your purchase. We usually reply within a couple of business days.

Try before you buy, and reach out first

The trial exists so you never have to gamble on a purchase. If you are unsure, keep using the trial. And if you hit a problem after buying, contact us before anything else, most issues are a quick fix and we would rather get MixDesk working for you.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country or region. If the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply, and they always apply if the product is faulty or not as described.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of digital content. Because MixDesk is digital content delivered immediately as a license key, that right ends once delivery begins with your consent. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery of your license key and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once delivery has started. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
