Refund Policy

MixDesk gives you a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card required. That is a full evaluation on your own Mac, with your own apps, before you pay anything. Because you can try the whole app first, we generally treat purchases as final and do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind. Two things always come first, though: any statutory cancellation right you have (below), and any genuine problem with the app.

EU, UK, and EEA customers: 14-day cancellation

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or the EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, and we honor it. You do not need to give a reason. Just email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, and we will refund you in full. Because the free trial lets you evaluate everything before paying, most people never need this, but the right is yours. This is in addition to your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

If something is genuinely wrong, email us

Wherever you live, we are not going to keep your money if MixDesk does not do what it promised. Email [email protected] and we will make it right, including a refund, if:

• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
• Your license key never arrived and we cannot get it to you.
• The app has a defect that stops it working as described and we cannot fix it for you.

Include your order id or the checkout receipt so we can find your purchase. We usually reply within a couple of business days.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer protection law in your country or region. If the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply, and they always apply if the product is faulty or not as described.
