Installing

  1. Open the downloaded MixDesk.zip and drag MixDesk to your Applications folder.
  2. Launch it. Look for the small sliders icon in your menu bar, over on the right.
  3. Click the icon to open the mixer and start playing audio in any app.

Activating your license

After you buy, you'll get a license key by email. In MixDesk, open the ••• menu → Enter License, paste the key, and click Activate. That's it: unlocked forever on that Mac.

Requirements

macOS 14.2 or later · Apple silicon (M1 or later). MixDesk uses Apple's built-in Core Audio tap API, so there's no driver or system extension to install.
